Lowfat Vegan Salad Dressing/Marinade
- Juice from 1 small lemon or lime
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 Teaspoon of pickle juice (finally a use fer that stuff)
- a few pinches/shakes of dill (ground or whole) or other favorite seasonings
Toss with salad in large bowl and chill until yer too hungry to wait any longer. Serve before the salad turns yucky brown. It's perty good - surprised me!
Salad Suggestions:
Fresh Spinach, Diced Pickles, Shredded Cabbage. Diced Tomatoes, Leaf Lettuce, Green Onions, Sprouts, Mushrooms, Carrots ...
